Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking chocolate, soda, salt). Make three holes (indentions) in mixture.
Mix liquid ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients into three holes of dry ingredient mixture.
Stir with a fork (do not use a mixer!
Pour mixture into 8" x 11" baking pan (I use Pam; I was told NOT to grease). Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with homemade fudge (as frosting) or caramel sauce and whipping cream.
