Spread 1 tsp. of cream cheese inside each pita pocket. Sprinkle with a bit of seasoned salt and sunflower seeds. Cut fresh vegetables of your choice into slices or strips and stuff into the pockets.
I add a slice of deli turkey or ham for the meat eaters in my family. I have also added provolone cheese or another favorite cheese. You can use whatever vegetables you prefer - the recipe list includes our favorites, I always skip the sunflower seeds but the original recipe had them in it.
