Twice-Baked Potatoes

  Twice-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
  2   Large Baking Potatoes
  1 1/4 cup   Ranch Dressing
  1 cup   Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Poke a few holes into each potato and place on a cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for one hour. Remove potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out most of potato, but leave enough in shell to make the shell sturdy. Combine potato and ranch dressing and spoon back into shells. Top each with cheddar cheese and place back into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
