Cook bacon in skillet. Put slices on side. Dice garlic and onion. Toss greens with lemon juice and let sit on side. Dice onions and Garlic. Once bacon is done, add onions and garlic to the remaining bacon fat. Add greens and saute 15 minutes or until desired tenderness. When finished, add Dressing, salt, and pepper to taste. Crumble bacon and toss in greens. Serve immediately.
