Turkey and black bean salad

serves: 6
  Serve on lettuce with chopped tomatoes and corn chips
Ingredients:
  1 cup   dried black bean
  6 cup   water
  1/4 cup   oil
  1/4 cup   red wine vinegar
  3/4 tsp   salt
  1 clove   garlic, minced
    hot pepper flakes
  3/4 cup   green bell pepper, diced
  3/4 cup   red bell pepper, diced
  3/4 cup   yellow bell pepper, diced
  1/3 cup   finely chopped onion
  3/4 cup   fresh parsley
  2 cups   smoked Turkey
Directions:
  Sort though beans and discard debris. Rinse and drain. Add to water and bring to boil. Simmers 1 hour. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cool.

Add remaining ingredients and chill 2-3 hours.
