Turkey Bacon, Crisp Cooked |
|
1/2 Cup |
|
Mayonnaise, Fat Free |
|
1/4 Tsp |
|
Black Pepper |

8 Slices |

Whole Grain Bread, Toasted |

Tomato, Cut into 8 Thick Slices |

Butter Lettuce Leaves |
Directions: |
|
1. Break each bacon slice in half. Stir together mayonnaise and pepper in small bowl.
2. Spread 1Tbs of seasoned mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Layer each of 4 slices of bread with 4 pieces of bacon, 2 tomato slices, and 1 lettuce leaf. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
