  Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook Page 338 (Points Value 6)
Ingredients:
  8 Slices   Turkey Bacon, Crisp Cooked
  1/2 Cup   Mayonnaise, Fat Free
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  8 Slices   Whole Grain Bread, Toasted
  1   Tomato, Cut into 8 Thick Slices
  8   Butter Lettuce Leaves
Directions:
  1. Break each bacon slice in half. Stir together mayonnaise and pepper in small bowl.

2. Spread 1Tbs of seasoned mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Layer each of 4 slices of bread with 4 pieces of bacon, 2 tomato slices, and 1 lettuce leaf. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
