Tuna Stuffed Jumbo Shells

  Nice for a light summer meal.
Ingredients:
  10 @   jumbo pasta shells
  1/2 cup   Mayonnaise, no substitutions
  2 Tablespoons   white sugar
  12 oz.   tuna, drained
  1 cup   finely , diced, celery
  1/2 cup   finely, diced, green onions
  1/2 cup   finely, diced, green peppers
  2 cup   shredded carrots
  1/4 cup   sour cream
  1/4 cup   white sugar below
  1/4 cup   cider vinegar
  2 Tablespoons   Mayonnaise
Directions:
  COOK and drain pasta, Set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, tuna, celery, onions, green peppers and carrots. Stuff cooked shells with mixture. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, cider vinegar and 2 T mayonnaise. Arrange pasta shells on a bed of lettuce leads, drizzle on sour cream mixture. Chill to set. So, so, good. Well worth the effort.
