Tracy's Hashbrown Casserole

  my daughter's favorite
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Frozen Hashbrowns - thawed
  1/2 cup   butter - melted
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   black pepper
  1/2 cup   onion - chopped fine
  1 can   cream of chicken soup
  2 cups   cheddar cheese - sharp
Directions:
  combine all ingredients; bake 350 for 35-40 minutes

You can add sour cream to this recipe as well.
