Three Cheese Garden Pizza

  Veggie Pizza
Ingredients:
  2 cloves   pressed garlic
  1 pkg   refrigerated pizza crust
  1 tbs   olive oil
  1 cup   shredded mozzerella
  1 cup   cheddar cheese
  1 tbs   italian seasoning
  1/4 cup   parmesan cheese
  2   small - med tomatoes
  1 med   zucchini
  1 small   red onion
  1 cup   sliced mushrooms
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place pizza dough on flat stone of your choice. Roll dough to fit stone.Brush with 1 tbs of oil mixed with pressed garlic. Bake 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven.Sprinkle with1/2 mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Top with tomato and Italian seasoning. Layer zucchini, onion and mushrooms over tomato; sprinkle with emaining cheese. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Cut into wedges; serve warm.
