Thai Peanut Cole Slaw

  Cole slaw with a thai flare. Its a little bit spicy but a whole lotta mmm-mmm good!
Ingredients:
  1 Pkg   Shredded Cole Slaw Mix
  1 cup   Thai Peanut Sauce
  1 cup   salted peanuts
  2 Tbls   Rice Vinegar
  1 Tbls   White Vinegar
  1 can   pineapple chunks
Directions:
  Mix vinegars and Thai Peanut sauce. Add to cole slaw, sauce and vinegars together in a large mixing bowl until all cole slaw mix is coated with sauce. Add peanuts and pineaple. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Serve chilled. (This is a great idea for a summer meal also, just add a can of chicken drained.)
