Teriyaki Chicken over Lettuce

  Teriyaki Chicken over Lettuce and Carrots
Ingredients:
  1 lb.   Chicken
  3/4 Head   Lettuce
  1   Carrot chopped
  1 cup   brown sugar
  3/4 cup   Teriyaki sauce
Directions:
  Cook cubed chicken in oil in skillet until browned. Sprinkle Brown sugar over top, mix. Add teriyaki sauce. Place on a bed of lettuce and carrots.
