Taco Chicken

  Serve with green salad.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  14 oz   chicken broth
  28 oz   diced tomatoes
  1 cup   dry instant long-grain rice
  15 oz   pinto beans, undrained
  1 pkg   taco seasoning mix
  1 bag   salad mix
  1   tomato, diced
    Ranch dressing
Directions:
  Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT salad mix and diced tomatoe, in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Mix salad greens and tomatoe, drizzle with ranch dressing.
