Swiss Steak over Rice |
Ingredients: |

Cube Steaks |

Swiss Steak Seasoning Packet |

|
Diced Tomatoes |
|

Bell Pepper - cut into strips |

|
onion - cut into strips |
|
2 tbsp |
|
spy sauce |
|
2 tbsp |
|
worcestershire sauce |
|
3 cups |
|
minute rice |
Directions: |
|
- saute onions and bell peppers until golden, set aside
- brown cube steaks
- add onions and peppers to pan
- add tomato, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce
- simmer 25 minutes
- cook rice
- serve
