Swiss Steak w/ Rice

  Swiss Steak over Rice
Ingredients:
  4   Cube Steaks
  1   Swiss Steak Seasoning Packet
  1 16 oz   Diced Tomatoes
  1   Bell Pepper - cut into strips
  1   onion - cut into strips
  2 tbsp   spy sauce
  2 tbsp   worcestershire sauce
  3 cups   minute rice
Directions:
  - saute onions and bell peppers until golden, set aside
- brown cube steaks
- add onions and peppers to pan
- add tomato, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce
- simmer 25 minutes
- cook rice

- serve
