  Swiss Steak
Ingredients:
  1 pkg   Swiss Steak
  1 Cup   Tomato Juice
    Salt
    Pepper
    Water
Directions:
  Brown Swiss steak and place in a baking dish with a little water. Cover and bake 30 Min. Add tomato juice, keep uncovered and place back in oven for 20 minutes.
