Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients: |

cold mashed sweet potatoes |
|
1 cup |
|
sugar |
|
1 tsp |
|
vanilla |
|
1/2 cup |
|
milk |
|

eggs |

1/4 cup |
|
butter, softened |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/2 cup |
|
brown sugar |
|
1/2 cup |
|
chopped pecans |

1/4 cup |
|
flour |

2 tbsp |

cold butter |
Directions: |
|
in mixing bowl, mix first 7 ingredients until smooth. transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish.
mix together remainder of ingredients for topping. crumble over sweet potato mix.
bake uncovered at 325 for 45-50 minutes, or until golder brown.
