Super Fast weekday spaghetti

Ingredients: |

1 package |
|
multigrain spaghetti noodles |
|
1 jar |
|
spaghetti sauce (any flavor) |
|
1 package |
|
Yves vegetarian ground beef |
|
|
|
pamesan cheese (optional) |
|
|
|
shredded cheddar or mozzarella (optional) |
|
|
|
Salt & pepper (optional) |
|
|
|
red pepper flakes (optional) |
Directions: |
|
Prepare spaghetti as directed, adding red pepper flakes to the boiling water if using.
Heat fake meat in microwave for 1 minute.
Mix cooked spaghetti noodles, sauce and fake meat in large pot. Stir well.
Serve.
Top with salt, pepper, shredded cheese or parmesan cheese to taste.
