Super Fast weekday spaghetti

  my own personal fast weekday spaghetti
Ingredients:
  1 package   multigrain spaghetti noodles
  1 jar   spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
  1 package   Yves vegetarian ground beef
    pamesan cheese (optional)
    shredded cheddar or mozzarella (optional)
    Salt & pepper (optional)
    red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
  Prepare spaghetti as directed, adding red pepper flakes to the boiling water if using.
Heat fake meat in microwave for 1 minute.
Mix cooked spaghetti noodles, sauce and fake meat in large pot. Stir well.

Serve.
Top with salt, pepper, shredded cheese or parmesan cheese to taste.
