Sue's Swiss Steak

  Good for re-heating
Ingredients:
  1   round steak
  1/2 cup   flour
  2 TBS   paprika
  3 cans   sliced mushrooms
  1 whole   onions
  3 TBS   butter
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
Directions:
  Pound steak and shake in bag with flour, paprika, salt & pepper. Brown steak in butter. Spray roasting pan and layer steak, onions and mushrooms. Cover with water & wine (optional). Bake at 350 until tender
