Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
hamburger |
|
2 |

eggs |
|
1 sm can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
1 cup |
|
rice |
|
4 |
|
green peppers |
Directions: |
|
Mix hamburger, eggs, tomato sauce, rice, and salt and pepper.
Cut out tops of peppers. Clean out middle. Add mixture to middle, and put top of pepper back on.
Put in pan and cook in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees.
