Brown bacon and crumble. Drain.
Combine beef, worchestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Divide into 12 equal parts.
Combine cheese, bacon and onions.
Take a portion of the hamburger, form a well in the center and fill with cheese mixture. Top with another hamburger portion. Make sure the filling is covered with the meat.
Cook 2 minutes on each side on high, reduce to medium - low and cook an additional 7-8 minutes turning occassionally. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve on hamburger buns if desired, or for low carb version, serve on bed of lettuce.
