Easy ground turkey stroganoff |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
ground turkey |
|
1 c |
|
sour cream |
|
2 can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
1 c |
|
milk |
|
1 tbsp |
|
parsley |
|
1 bag |
|
whole wheat rotinni |
Directions: |
|
Brown turkey. Boil water for noodles, and cook them. Once hamburger is brown, drain if needed, then add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Heat through. Drain noodles. Add parsley to meat mixture. Turn off heat and fold in sour cream.
