Spinach Pasta with Scallops and Shrimp

  Shrimp and Scallops with homemade Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine.
Ingredients:
  2 Tbsp   Butter
  2 Tbsp   Olive Oil
  1 lb   Scallops
  1 lb   Shrimp
  1 med   Bell Pepper, diced
  1 large   Tomato, diced
  4 stalks   Green Onion, chopped
  10 whole   Mushrooms, sliced
  2 cups   Heavy Cream
  1/4 cup   Parmesan Cheese
  9 oz   Spinach Fettuccine
  5 oz   Garlic Cheese Spread
Directions:
  In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil. Add scallops and shrimp - saute for 2-3 minutes, or until opaque. Stir in bell pepper, tomato, green onion, and mushrooms. Saute for 4 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, about 8-10 minutes. Add garlic cheese and stir until blended. In heated serving dish, toss warm fettuccine with scallop/shrimp mixture. Serve immediately.
