Spicy Turkey and Rice

Spicy turkey and rice |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
ground turkey |
|
14.50 oz |
|
can of Rotel tomatoes |
|
1 t |
|
Worcestershire sauce |
|
1 c |
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
|
2 cans |
|
10.75 oz of condensed tomato soup |
|
1/2 c |
|
water |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste |
|
1 c |
|
uncooked rice |
Directions: |
|
In large skillet, saute turkey for 5 minutes or until browned. Drain off excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Stir in Rotel, rice, water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender. Add cheese and cook another 10 minutes.
