Spaghetti Sauce SMS

  Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients:
  4 lbs   ground chuck
  1 lb   ground pork
  8 oz   olive oil
  4   onions, chopped fine
  2   green peppers, chopped fine
  1 tbsp   minced garlic
  4   celery stalks, chopped fine
  3 large cans   tomato paste
  3 large cans   tomato sauce
  2 qts   fresh tomatoes
  1 1/2 tsp   spaghetti seasoning or Italian seasoning
  1/4 cup   brown sugar, packed
Directions:
  Brown chuck and pork in olive oil in large kettle. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add onions, green peppers, garlic, celery, tomato paste, tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes and brown sugar to meat. Add spaghetti or Italian seasoning to taste. Simmer for 5 hours, stirring frequently. Freezes well to be used later on.
