Spaghetti Carbonara

  This is the classic Spaghetti Carbonara recipe. It has no cream in it so it is kinda healthy. Doesn't keep well for leftovers.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   spaghetti
  4   egg yolks
  1/2 lb   chopped bacon/ham
  3/4 cup   grated parmesan
  1 tbsp   pepper
Directions:
  1. Over a sink, crack eggs and pour out egg whites. Pour yolks into a bowl
2. Mix cheese slowly into yolks
3. Boil water, add pasta. Add salt and oil if you like.
4. Drain pasta, save 1/2 cup of water.
5. Put pasta back in pot.
6. Add bacon/ham black pepper. Just throw it in there.
7. Pour in hot water and egg mix. Stir quickly
8. Serve and enjoy.
