Sour Cream Potatoes (JP)

  sour cream potatoes
Ingredients:
  8 each   potatoes or equivalent frozen hashbrowns
  1/4 c   butter
  2 c   cheese, shredded
  2 c   sour cream
  1/3 c   onion, grated
  1 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  2 Tbsp   butter
Directions:
  Cook potatoes in skin and chill. Peel and grate. Melt 1/4 c butter and cheese over low heat. Blend in onion, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes adn stir. Put in buttered 13x9 pan adn dot with remaining butter.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
