Souper Meat Loaf

  Meat loaf with a mushroom soup gravy
Ingredients:
  1 10 3/4oz can   cream of mushroom soup
  1/2 cup   dry bread crumbs
  1 egg   beaten
  1 pkg   dry onion soup mix
  1/4 cup   water
  2 lbs   ground beef
Directions:
  Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg. Shape firmly into 8x4 inch loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Mix 2 Tablespoos dripping, remaining mushroom soup and water. Heat through. Serve with meat loaf. Serves 6
