| Meat loaf with a mushroom soup gravy | |||||
| Ingredients: | |||||
| 1 10 3/4oz can | cream of mushroom soup | ||||
| 1/2 cup | dry bread crumbs | ||||
| 1 egg | beaten | ||||
| 1 pkg | dry onion soup mix | ||||
| 1/4 cup | water | ||||
| 2 lbs | ground beef | ||||
| Directions: | |||||
| Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg. Shape firmly into 8x4 inch loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Mix 2 Tablespoos dripping, remaining mushroom soup and water. Heat through. Serve with meat loaf. Serves 6 | |||||
