Slow Cooker Red Bean, Sausage & Rice Soup (WW)***

Ingredients:
  1 Clove   Garlic, Minced
  1   Red Onion, Chopped
  1   Celery Stalk, Chopped
  1   Green Pepper, Chopped
  15 Oz   Kidney Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  14 Oz   Diced Tomatoes, with juices
  9 Oz   Chicken Sausage, Cooked Andouille Style Cut into Bite Sized Pieces
  1/4 Tsp   Thyme, Dried
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  6 Cups   Chicken Broth
  1 Cup   White Rice, Uncooked
Directions:
  1. Place garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, beand, tomatoes (with juices), thyme, pepper and sausage into 5Qt slow cooker. Stir Well

2. Pour in broth and rice. Stir again. Cover slow cooker and set on high. Cook 4 hours

Yields 1 1/2 Cup per serving.
