In a slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, bullion cube, onion soup mix and water.
Cook on Low setting for 8 hours, or on High setting for about 5 hours. Add mushrooms for last 30 minutes. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream just before serving.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
