Skillet Chicken Parmigiana

  Easy to make Chicken Parmigiana - right on your stove-top!
Ingredients:
  4   Thawed Skinless Chicken Breasts
  1/3 cup   Italian bread crumbs
  1/3 cup   Parmesan cheese
  1   egg, beaten
  1 T.   milk
  2 T.   olive oil
  2 cups   spaghetti sauce
  1/2 cup   shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
  Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of wax paper. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix egg with milk. Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 5 or 6 minutes PER SIDE or until juice is no longer pick in the center. Pour spaghetti sauce around chicken and heat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken to melt. Enjoy with pasta!
