Shake-and-Bake Chicken

A low-carb shake and bake chicken recipe, with cheesy cauliflower (make it loaded by adding bacon!) |
Ingredients: |

12 oz |
|
boneless, skinless chicken breast |
|
1 can |
|
cooking spray |
|
1/4 cup |
|
flour |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
each thyme, garlic powder, onion powder |
|
1/8 tsp |
|
cayenne pepper |
|
1/2 bag |
|
cauliflower |
|
1/2 cup |
|
shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 400*. In large zip-lock bag, add flour, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper; shake well to combine. Add chicken to bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 30 min, or until chicken is cooked. After 20 min in oven, turn chicken over to finish cooking on other side.
Cauliflower - Steam cauliflower until tender. Top with cheese; microwave to melt.
