Sausage Scrambles

  Sausage Scrambles
Ingredients:
  1/4 lb   Breakfast Sausage
  6   Eggs
    Splash of Milk
  1 Tsp   Red Pepper Flakes
  1 Cup   Shredded Cheese
Directions:
  Brown and crumble sausage and remove from pan. Whisk together milk, eggs and pepper flakes. Cook in pan until firm, but not completely cooked. Add sausage and cheese and finish cooking.
