Sausage Casserole

  Can be prepared ahead of time - just add cheese on top and bake when ready for dinner!
Ingredients:
  1   roll sausage
  1 1/2 cups   rice
  1 can   cream of celery soup
  1/2 cup   milk
  8 oz   shredded cheese
  1 package   blocked chedder cheese, cubed
  1   onion, chopped
Directions:
  Cook sausage and onion in fry pan until cooked thoroughly. Drain grease.

Cook rice.

Add rice, sausage, onion, can of celery soup, milk, and cubed cheddar cheese to a bowl and mix well.

Spoon into a 9 x 13 pan (ungreased) and top with shredded cheese.

Bake 10-15 minutes on 350 or until cheese on top is melted.
