Sausage Casserole

Can be prepared ahead of time - just add cheese on top and bake when ready for dinner! |
Ingredients: |

1 |
|
roll sausage |
|
1 1/2 cups |
|
rice |
|
1 can |
|
cream of celery soup |
|
1/2 cup |
|
milk |
|
8 oz |
|
shredded cheese |
|
1 package |
|
blocked chedder cheese, cubed |
|
1 |
|
onion, chopped |
Directions: |
|
Cook sausage and onion in fry pan until cooked thoroughly. Drain grease.
Cook rice.
Add rice, sausage, onion, can of celery soup, milk, and cubed cheddar cheese to a bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 pan (ungreased) and top with shredded cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes on 350 or until cheese on top is melted.
