Roasted Green Beans

  This recipe makes enough beans for company. Or, if it's just the 4 of you, the beans reheat well in the microwave or in the toaster oven the next day.

Feel free to cut down the recipe if you're cooking for just your own family (and if you don't eat leftovers).
Ingredients:
  2 lb.   fresh green beans
  1/2 c.   olive oil
  1/2 tsp.   salt
  1/2 tsp.   fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Remove the stem ends from the green beans.

Spread out the green beans on a cookie sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the oven with the chicken and roast for about 15 minutes, until tender.
