Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Red Pepper

  Spicy
Ingredients:
  1 oz.   broccoli
  4 1/2 tsp.   olive oil
  1 clove   garlic
  1 pinch   red pepper flakes
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 425° Place broccoli in a baking dish large enough to spread in a single layer (may need to use more than one pan) and toss with half the olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes.

Stir remaining oil, garlic and red pepper together. Remove broccoli from oven and toss with garlic mixture. Return to oven and roast until broccoli is just beginning to brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
