Ingredients: |

salt |

1 tsp. |

pepper |
|
1 clove |
|
garlic |
|
2 lbs. |
|
ground pork |
|
1/2 cup |
|
sauerkraut |
|
8 slices |
|
Swiss cheese |
|
8 |
|
hamburger buns |
Directions: |
|
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Shape into 16 patties. Top eight of the patties with a tablespoon of sauerkraut, then top with second patty. Grill until done, flipping as needed. Top with cheese and serve on buns.
