Ranch chili

Ingredients: |

1 pound |
|
Ground hamburger, venison, or poultry |
|
1 each |
|
Beans: pinto, black, red, kidney |
|
|
|
chopped onion |
|
|
|
chopped celery |
|
1 can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
1 can |
|
crushed or diced tomato |
|
1 pkg |
|
taco seasoning |
|
1 pkg |
|
ranch dressing pack |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
cumin |
|
|
|
diced green chilis |
|
|
|
cilantro |
|
|
|
frozen corn |
|
|
|
water to desired thickness |
Directions: |
|
Cook meat with onions and celery and drain. Add all other ingredients except corn, bring to a boil then simmer for 45 minutes. Add corn and heat through. Serve with sour cream, diced fresh tomato, avocado, and cheese on top.
