Quinoa |

1/4 Tsp |

Turmeric |
|
1/4 Tsp |
|
Black Pepper |
|
6 Oz |
|
Plain Greek Yogurt |
|
1 Cup |
|
Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Shredded |
|
2 Tsp |
|
Dijon Mustard |
Directions: |
|
Cook Quinoa as directed. Just before Quinoa has finish cooking stir in Turmeric and Pepper, cover.
Remove from heat and immediately stir in the remaining ingredients.
Serve
