Quick and Easy Potato Soup

  Quick and Easy says it all! I love potato soup but hate the time it takes to make it! So I made this on my own as a try it out and everyone loved it and thought I had cooked it all day! But it really only takes 30 min!!!
Ingredients:
  2 10oz bags   Frozen Diced Potatoes with peppers and onions
  1 10.75 oz can   Cream of Celery Soup
  1 10.75 oz can   Cream of Mushroom Soup
  2 Cups   Milk
  1 pinch   Salt
  1 pinch   black pepper
  2 10 oz   Diced Ham
Directions:
  Combine all ingreidents in a med. size stock pot mix well. Heat on high 5 min or until brought to a boil. Turn heat to simmer and cook for 25 min or until potatoes a soft.

Mix it up!
We top it with Shedded cheese, sour cream, salsa, Then it taste like a big ole bowl of baked potatoes! yummy!
