Quick Italian Casserole

Yummy Italian style casserole. Can be made with beef or chicken. Family Favorite...Even for my 1 year olds! |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
Ground beef or Chicken |
|
2 Cups |
|
Pasta Sauce |
|
3/4 Cup |
|
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
|
1 Cup |
|
Sour Cream |
|
1 can |
|
Cresent Rolls |
|
2 Tbls |
|
Butter, Melted |
|
2 Tbls |
|
Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Directions: |

Brown Meat in pan. Add Pasta sause and mix well. Pour into the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. In a seperate bowl, combine the sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Layer mixture on top of meat. Take the cresent rolls ane lay them flat as a crust on top the cheese mixture. Combine butter and parmesan cheese, spread on top the cresent rolls. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the crust is done.
** You can also add some veggies or sauted mushrooms between the cheese mixture and crust.
