Quick & Easy Egg Casserole

  Quick and easy egg casserole for breakfast or dinner!
Ingredients:
  6 slices   white bread, torn
  1 lb   bulk sausage, cooked, drained
  1 cup   shredded cheddar cheese
  6   eggs
  2 cups   milk
  1 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
Directions:
  Heat oven to 350.

Place bread in 13x9 inch baking pan or casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with sausage and cheese.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pan.

Bake 40-45 min. or until casserole is set in center and top is lightly browned.
