Cheese Sauce
1. Add Cans of Cheese, Salsa, and Milk.
2. In a ziplock add shredded cheese and enough flour to lightly coat cheese. Shake well
3. Add in shredded cheese a handful at a time. Stirring well in between each addition, making sure the cheese is melting well.
4. Let simmer (I try to simmer for at least an hour. You can also use a crockpot on low for many hours)
Nachos
1. Brown Hamburger and follow taco seasoning directions.
2. Assemble nachos with desired ingredients, toping with sour cream and salsa.
