Ingredients:
  1/2 cup   Soho Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
  1 T   Flaxseed Oil
  8   Berries (of choice) about a handfull
  1 scoop   Whey Protein
  4   ice cubes
Directions:
  Blend well in mixer and serve
