Pretzel Pan Fried Fish

  Pretzel Pan Fried Fish
Ingredients:
  1 lb   thawed perch fillets
  3/4 cup   flour
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
  2   eggs
  3/4 cups   crushed pretzels
    olive oil
Directions:
  Mix the flour and seasonings in a plastic bag

Place stirred eggs and pretzels (I crushed with a food processor) onto separate plates

Dip the fish into the flour, then the eggs, then the pretzels

Fry in hot oil until golden brown an dit flakes easily with a fork. About 10 minutes
