  Large Picnic Potato Salad - All Things Corn Free
Ingredients:
  5 Pounds   Potatoes
  2.50 Tablespoons   Apple Cider Vinegar
  2.25 Cups   Sour Cream
  0.75 Cups   Manonnaise
  2.50 Tablespoons   Yellow Mustard
  1 Medium   Onion
  7 Stalks   Cerlery
  3 Medium   Dill Pickles
  8 Medium   Hard Boiled Eggs
  0.50 Cup   Chives
  0.50 Cup   Parsley
Directions:
  1. Boil Potatoes, then let cool
2. Boil Eggs, then let cool
3. Dice Onion
4. Dice Pickles
5. Cut up Potatoes
6. Pour Vinegar over Potatoes
7. Prepare Salad Dressing - Mix Sour Cream; Mayonnaise; Yellow Mustard.
8. Add Onions, Celery, Chives, Parsley, and Pickles to Dressing.
9. Pour Dressing over Potatoes and Mix
10. Salt and Pepper to Taste
