Potato Broccoli Soup

  Soup
Ingredients:
  3 cups   Cubed peeled potatoes
  1 cup   Chopped broccoli
  1/2 cup   chopped carrot
  1/2 cup   water
  1/4 tsp   salt
  2 cup   chicken broth
  1 1/2 cup   milk
  3 Tbsp   four
  6 oz   processed cheese (velveeta) cubed
Directions:
  Combine first 6 ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. In a separate bowl, combine milk and flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk mixture and cheese to vegetable mixture in pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and mixture thickens.
