Pork Chops - Fried

My favorite way to eat pork chops is simple -- coated in flour and fried until just done. The flavor really comes through and is not masked by sauces or seasonings. |
Ingredients: |

pork loin chops, 3/4" |
|
1/2 cup |
|
flour |
|
4 T |
|
olive oil |
Directions: |
|
Rinse chops. Coat in flour. Fry in preheated pan with olive oil, turning once, over medium heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Do not overcook.
