Pork Chops - Fried

  My favorite way to eat pork chops is simple -- coated in flour and fried until just done. The flavor really comes through and is not masked by sauces or seasonings.
Ingredients:
  4   pork loin chops, 3/4"
  1/2 cup   flour
  4 T   olive oil
Directions:
  Rinse chops. Coat in flour. Fry in preheated pan with olive oil, turning once, over medium heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Do not overcook.
