Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Chicken smothered in creamy, white, goodness! |
| Ingredients: |

2 lbs |
|
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast |
| |
1 Can |
|
Cream of chicken soup |
| |
1 Can |
|
Cream of mushroom soup |
| |
|
|
sprinkle of poppyseed |
| |
|
|
sprinkle of minced onion |
| |
1 16 oz. |
|
Sour Cream |
| |
1 1/2 sleeves |
|
RITZ Crackers (crumbled) |
| Directions: |

Boil chicken breast until done. Pull apart or chop into tiny pieces. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, poppyseed, and minced onion in a large bowl. Add chicken. Add half of RITZ to mixture. Place in casserole dish and top with remaining RITZ. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
