Polka Dot Rice

A really good GF side dish |
Ingredients: |

2 1/4 cups |
|
water |
|
2 |
|
GF bouillon cubes |
|
1/8 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1 TBSP |
|
dried parsley flakes |
|
1/3 cup |
|
frozen, organic peas |
|
1 cup |
|
rice |
Directions: |
|
Put the water, bouillon cubes, pepper, and parsley in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on the stove.
When the water is boiling, stir in the rice and peas. Lower heat to a simmer, and cover. Simmer about 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and serve!
