Peach and Pineapple Cobbler

  Quick and easy cobbler recipe. Delicious comfort food! Serve with vanilla ice cream for a real treat.
Ingredients:
  1 stick   butter or margarine
  1 16 oz. can   crushed pineapple, DO NOT DRAIN
  2 bags   frozen peach slices
  1 box   white cake mix
  1 cup   raisins
  1 cup   chopped pecans
    Brown Sugar
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt stick of butter in 9X13 baking dish in oven. Remove from the oven. Spread the entire can of crushed pineapple, with juice, on top of the butter. Top with 1 bag of the frozen peaches. Sprinkle the white cake mix over the peaches and pineapple. Do not stir, just layer. Spread another bag of frozen peaches on top of the cake mix. Sprinkle liberally with raisins and pecans. Then sprinkle brown sugar liberally over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with golden vanilla ice cream or cinnamon vanilla ice cream.
