Oven-Baked Onion Rings (WW)***

Ingredients:
  1/3 Cup   Flour
  1/2 Tsp   Salt
  1/8 Tsp   Cayenne
  3 Lg   Egg Whites
  1/4 Cup   Bread Crumbs
  1 Lg   Spanish Onion, Cut Into 1/4in Rounds
Directions:
  1. Place rack in upper 1/3 of oven. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray.

2. Mix together flour, salt, and cayenne on sheet of wax paper. Lightly beat egg whites in pie plate. Put bread crumbs on seperate sheet of wax paper.

3. Seperate onion slices into double rings with one ring inside the other. Coat rings with seasoned flour; dip in egg whites then coat with bread crumbs.

4. Place onion rings on prepared baking sheet. Bake until browned, about 10 minutes. Turn onion rings over; bak until browned about 8 minutes.
